Plus: This particular record was licensed by Patsy Montana for a limited edition of 500. That's why it's such a hard record to come by, plus she signed it! The record is in mint condition as well! What a find for any country music and/or Patsy Montana FAN!
Genre: Country and Yodeling
Record Co: Cattle Records ~ MONO LP 13
Other Info: I read someplace that this is a rare record as are most of the records I have by this country artist. There's also a note written in black ink or marker and signed by Patsy Montana. The note says "To Don & Wilma Country Love from Patsy Montana". You can see where she wrote it and it wasn't taking well, so she went over it in a couple of places so it was readable. The couple that owned this record, use to go to all of her shows and got every album they had of hers signed by her. I have a lot of other albums by her and other artists that are signed. I will be listing them as well as many other great records, many of them are rare.
Year: 1980
Condition: The record looks like it's in Mint or excellent condition, I don't think it was ever played, it look brand spankin' new. The cover has some wear but not too much. I have a feeling that the couple that owned these records didn't play most of them. I've been going through them and most look just like this one, like it was never played.
Overall, it looks like a really nice record that any collector would be happy to have & add to their collection!

NOTE: Here's some more info I found about Patsy Montana.
PATSY MONTANA: Country singer Patsy Montana made her film debut with Autry and Storey in the 1939 Republic Western, Colorado Sky. The film, which also starred Autry's comic sidekick, Smiley Burnette, and Buster Crabbe, also featured the CBS-KMBC Texas Rangers. The group, along with Autry, Burnette and Montana, sang a number of songs in the film, including the title song, "Poor Little Doggies" and "I Want to Be a Cowboy's Sweetheart" (Montana's signature song). Patsy Montana (1914-1996), born Ruby Blevins, was the first woman country singer to have a million-selling single, "I Want to Be a Cowboy's Sweetheart" (1935). A star on Gene Autry's National Barn Dance radio program for many years, Montana, who also yodeled and played organ, guitar and violin, had a number of hits, including "Radio Sweetheart", "Montana Plains" and "I Want to Be a Cowboy's Dream". After making her film debut in 1939's Colorado Sunset, she appeared in numerous Western films in the 1940s
